We are soon to be undergoing renovations to the front of the practice. During this time we will be open normal business hours but we will be using a temporary entrance at the rear of the practice.

From December 3 we will be back to 'normal'!

If you have called us to arrange an appointment over lockdown or were due a recall in September-December, we will be in touch. It will take us some time to contact everyone so please be patient.

However, if you have any concerns about your vision or think you need to be seen sooner rather than later, please give us a call.

LEVEL 3: We are open for emergencies only. This includes sudden changes to vision, or contactless replacement of glasses needed to function day to day.
At all alert levels we are able to place contact lens orders and have them delivered directly to you.
The phone and emails are being answered so please get in touch if you have any questions.

• Sudden or unexplained change or loss of vision
• Replacement or repair of specs needed to function day to day
• Supply of contact lenses needed to function day to day (direct delivery to patient)
• A sore, red, painful eye
If you are unsure whether this fits your situation, please call so we can help assess your needs
We will have strict infection controls in place and will be keeping records for contact tracing
