🌿 Ready to Feel Better in Your Body - For life? 🌿

Hi, Ingrid, here 😙

While many of you know me through yoga and breathwork, you may not know I also offer 1:1 health coaching — focusing on root cause healing and sustainable lifestyle change.

Alot of this work is online and I’m now opening up new spaces in person at the studio 💫

I work with women who are ready to feel healthy, vibrant, and empowered in their bodies again — especially through peri/menopause and beyond.

Sustainable weight loss / metabolic issues
Better sleep, digestion, and mood
Balancing hormones
Managing inflammation and pain
Creating routines that actually stick

My approach is built on functional nutrition, nervous system support, and habit transformation — not quick fixes or restrictive diets.

Functional nutrition looks at the whole body and asks why symptoms are happening — instead of just trying to manage them.

It’s about finding the root cause of things like fatigue, weight gain, gut, or hormone issues — and creating a plan that supports your body’s natural healing processes.

I look at your nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, gut health, hormones, and more — and how all of these are connected.

I use food and lifestyle as powerful tools to bring your body back into balance — in a way that’s realistic, not restrictive.

This means:
✔️ Supporting your metabolism, not starving it
✔️ Healing your gut and blood sugar, not guessing at symptoms
✔️ Building habits that your nervous system can actually sustain
✔️ Creating a long-term plan that works with your unique body

I also use functional lab testing (where needed) to take away guess work & support deeper healing.

With my background in yoga, functional movement and breathwork, I bring a holistic approach — blending science and lifestyle shifts that work with your body, not against it.

🌿 FREE Community Yoga Class – International Yoga Day 🌿
Saturday, June 21st 4.00-5.00pm

To celebrate International Yoga Day, I’m offering a free 1-hour yoga class as a way of giving back for all that yoga has given me over the past 25 years.

Yoga has supported me through life’s ups and downs—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Research continues to show that a regular yoga practice can:

✔️ Reduce stress and anxiety
✔️ Improve flexibility, strength, and posture
✔️ Support hormonal balance and nervous system regulation
✔️ Enhance sleep and digestion
✔️ Boost mood and mental clarity
✔️ Improve breathing & lung capacity

This class is open to everyone—whether you're a regular on the mat or brand new to yoga.

We’ll explore gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, to calm the mind, open the body.

The clothing range is ethically produced in Bali. Fabric is a soft cotton/lycra blend making it lovely & soft to wear and move in. I live in these tops and singlets and love to layer them up….for yoga, home, anytime!

For centuries, yogis and seekers have practiced Sadhana—a daily spiritual practice—to cultivate discipline, awareness, and transformation.

Traditionally done for 21 days, a Sadhana is long enough to create change, but short enough to stay focused. It helps us move through resistance and into devotion.

💫 I’m committing to a 21-day Himalayan Breathwork Sadhana, starting on the next New Moon, and I’d love to invite you to join me.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or already love it, this is an opportunity to:

🌬️ Deepen your practice with intention
🧘‍♀️ Build nervous system resilience, commitment & discipline
🖋️ Reflect daily with journaling
🌑 Align with lunar energy for release, renewal, breakthrough

The cost: $20 for the Sadhana (video) practice for the 21 days. If you come to my fortnightly breathwork class there is no extra cost.

Friday nights are the quiet class (for obvious reasons) so if you want to give it a go in a small friendly group, or if you have a friend or partner who wants to give it a try, Friday nights are the perfect opportunity
