As we move into autumn, there’s a gentle shift in the air with cooler mornings, golden light, and a slower rhythm. The sun is still shining, and there are beautiful opportunities to practice outdoors.

Outdoor yoga adds that extra layer of grounding feel feet on the earth, breath in fresh air, body moving with nature. It’s a simple yet powerful way to deepen your mindfulness, regulate your nervous system, and return to yourself.

Often in life, we label ourselves by the roles we play, thinking our value or worth comes from them. When we don’t meet our own expectations in those roles, it’s easy to feel worthless. But sometimes life strips those roles away, and we’re reminded of a deeper truth: our worth isn’t earned - it’s inherent…. James Van Der Beek shared that even when he couldn’t be the actor, the husband/parent, or the provider, he realized he was worthy of Love.
In restorative yoga, we practice resting into that truth: pausing, breathing, and offering ourselves the same compassion we naturally give to others. You are enough, simply as you are ❤️ ❤️
