💥Firewood Raffle! 💥 For those of you who haven’t heard, Our Physio and Boss lady has got into the NZ35 Masters Hockey Team to travel to the Netherlands in July 2026 to compete in the Masters Hockey World cup! These trips are fully self funded so Mon is running a raffle for fire wood! You don’t want to miss this one! Sponsored by her lovely family friends Lynne and Philip Hansen. We have Moved!!! To a gorgeous new space inside the Matakana Country Park! 1151 Leigh Road, Matakana. You will still find the same people, the same service with a little more room! have moved with us! Exciting times!

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Newyear! Thank you all for a fabulous year, thank you for choosing us to help you with your injurys! We are closed over the Xmas break back at it on the 6th January! Admin staff will be on phones from the 5th. We also have some very exciting news which you may have heard through the grapevine, but we are moving to a premises in the country park itself from 2026, once we have a date we will let you all know! We will be next to bramble cafe! More space which means more appointment times! Exciting times! 🫶❤️

Congratulations Mon! We all know how hard you have worked over the last few months towards your Advanced Mat Qualification and you did it! Monique now Classically trained from Intro Mat through to Advanced Mat! Well done! Mon runs two classes a week now out of Body Re on Tuesdays! An Introduction to pilates course will be starting in January 2025 for anyone who’s interested in starting out 4 week foundation course! Date and place TBC! Give us a message if your keen. Mon also is integrating the mat pilates into her physio sessions and is happy to take 1:1 Mat pilates as well! 🫶
