Come and join me for a 50 day challenge where we will all be accountable via a private FB group and weekly Zoom meetings online, every Monday at 7pm.

There are far too many of us dying too young, not living the quality of life we deserve and not actually LIVING at all.

This challenge will promote CONSISTANCY which will help create good habits for the rest of your life.
