Have you ever wondered what makes a practitioner truly safe to trust with your body and your story?

My journey into wellbeing work is deeply personal.
Living through my own heart story and chronic health challenges has shaped how I show up — with empathy, gentleness, and deep respect for each person’s experience.

It’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care.
It’s why I listen first.
And it’s why I meet you exactly where you are.

As a dedicated Wellbeing Practitioner, I support the body, mind, and soul through massage, mindfulness, resilience work, pregnancy and health coaching — or a thoughtful blend of these practices.

I am trauma-informed, meaning every treatment can be safely adapted to suit your nervous system, your comfort, and your needs.
You are always in control. The choice is always yours.

I proudly offer an inclusive, affirming space for neurodivergent clients and people from rainbow, trans, q***r, gender-diverse, non-binary and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Super excited to be stocking pillows and weight heat pack.
If you are a client of mine, you will know I am always on about which pillow to use, and I also say to use heat: put a heat pack on your neck and shoulders to soften the tension you are feeling there.

My “why” comes from lived experience.
I live with a chronic health condition. I know chronic pain. I know exhaustion. I know the mental load that comes with managing your body every single day.

This journey — my heart story, my pain, and the seasons of healing — is why I do this work.
It’s also why I support clients with compassion, not pressure.

Some days I move my body gently.
Some days I rest.
And some days… I do nothing at all — because that’s what my body needs.
