🌊✨ Big wins come from small changes! This week, I celebrated two amazing milestones: I went down two dress sizes and lost 10 KG since starting my swimming journey last September! 🏊‍♀️💪 Not only did I shed some weight, but I also built muscle strength and improved my cardio – a game-changer for my congenital heart condition.

It all started with one small change: finding something I love! Swimming was tough at first, but now it’s my happy place. So, what small change can you make today that could lead to big victories tomorrow? 🤔

There’s something about the ocean that brings me back to myself 🤍

The fresh sea air, the sound of the waves, the feeling of slowing down… it’s where I go to reset, breathe deeper, and let go of what I’ve been holding.

Even just a quiet moment by the water can feel like a full-body exhale.
