Most people have never heard of the . Yet, it plays a huge role in posture, stress, and early labour.

🤓The psoas is a deep muscle that connects the spine to the legs and responds strongly to tension and fear. When it’s tight, the body can struggle to soften. When it releases, the pelvis and nervous system can respond with more ease.

This is a raw moment from my classes this year. No polish. Just how I teach and how we learn together. 💓

If you are , , or simply curious about how your body works, stay with me. 💛

More real learning is coming in this 12 days series.

Lately I have been running full speed again: mum life, classes, workshops, and building new things behind the scenes. 💛

I haven’t truly paused… but I know I need to. My body has been whispering for rest, my mind has been asking for stillness, and I’m finally starting to listen (or at least trying to 😉).

For all the mamas and small business owners doing all the things, how do you know when it’s time to slow down? 🌿

🎃 I have talked about the pelvic floor many times… but never with a Halloween vibe! 💀

Here is the thing, your doesn’t work alone. It’s part of your whole self, connected to your posture, breathing, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

When you move well and nurture yourself, there is no need to stress about , your body naturally knows what to do! ✨

👀 Did you know your pelvic floor is connected to the way you breathe, move, and even feel? What surprises you most about that?

✨ New Blog Drop ✨

Here’s a little highlight:
💬 “Our pelvic floor doesn’t exist in isolation. It’s part of a whole system: affected by how we move, how we breathe, how we feel, and how we live. That’s why a holistic approach matters. Looking at the whole person: body, breath, nervous system, and life experience, is what truly supports lasting change and healing.”

And for a bit of fun, I asked AI to create a podcast episode based on this blog 🙌 It did a brilliant job unpacking the connection between the nervous system and the pelvic floor.
