This year for Christmas, I have created a raffle fundraiser as a way to contribute to global humanitarian efforts, with all funds raised going to Doctors Without Borders. Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)

There will be plenty of gifts to be won!
From massage sessions, to offerings from local health and wellbeing businesses, as well as some of my favourite products.
Each week, I’ll be announcing these prizes so keep your eyes 👀 pealed to see what’s what prizes there are to be won!

Our Story

True Calm aims help you move with ease by treating musculoskeletal pain and restriction.

Each treatment is unique for the individual and a variety of techniques are used: from Deep Tissue, Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Silicone Cupping, Relaxation Techniques, Yoga Postures and Breathing.

There are Two Clinics. One in Crofton Downs and Lambton Quay.
