Happy New Year folks! Wishing you new journeys ahead no matter how hard they appear. I encourage you to reinvent yourselves by doing the unfamiliar and discover the magic! I swam in the cold waters to the point I hadn't before, at times I wanted to turn back as my arms became numb. I had to go beyond sensations of my body and listen to my inner voice that quidded me to a place of peace and bless! A rush of energy came to a new place within me!
