Join me & Nicola from .alignment.sanctuary as we collaborate a Sonic Sound Bath & Immersive Reiki Meditation Experience ☀️
Held at the new premise of The Inner City Sanctuary Sunday February 22nd
Beginning with a complimentary serving of blue lotus tea, we will then be guided with Nicola into a soothing, grounding reiki meditation integrating light language & planetary astrology.
You will then be led gently into a Sonic Sound Bath where I will create a harmonic soundscape that allows the receiver to deeply drop from a active Beta state to a more meditative Theta state creating a canvas for personal revitalisation, mental & physical relaxation.
Becoming a therapeutic landscape as resonate frequencies harmonize & vibrate.
I enjoy creating layering soundbaths intuitively with multiple frequencies.
However, the gongs will be at the heart of this journey.
Known for their deeply transformative benefits, enhancing brainwave coherence & healing.
They are a tool I am deeply passionate about journeying with & sharing with you ☀️
Other complementing instruments include Medicine/Shamanic Drums/Ocean Drum/Tibetan Singing Bowls/Crystal Singing Bowls/Resonating Pyramids/Chimes.
There will be space for a slow re-integration arrival, journalling & heart shares 🙏
