**Postural Energetics (PE)**
This is another treatment I offer, which is an add-on from a KCR session. One way to describe it is a bit like a standing meditation - where you ground yourself, and mentally scan your body for any issues or restrictions. It's a way to connect with your connective tissue, and release any blockages - physical or emotional. In a session I'll guide you through and make a couple of very subtle adjustments - of which the effect can often be quite profound. The best thing about PE is that you can do it at home, in your own time, so you continue to reap the benefits after your initial session!

One of my favourite things about KCR is that it's a whole body treatment. For example, you may be feeling discomfort in your knee, but it may well be your ankle which is the cause of the problem. By treating the whole body and getting back into alignment, you're correcting this imbalance, thus reducing direct and referred pain.

Last appointment available for the year this Sunday in Khandallah at 9:30am! Then it's holiday time, and I'll be back on 11 January, but in my new studio space! I'm also happy to say I'll have appointments available on Friday's, and every 3rd Sunday.
