Nicole uses the principles and practice of mind-body medicine and holistic stress reduction coaching directed through a spiritual lens. She works with clients on the mental, emotional, subconscious and spiritual levels, identifying core limiting beliefs, facilitating the healing of emotional blocks & trauma and helping you thrive. Techniques Nicole uses include; diaphragmatic breathing, heart focus, meditation, self-awareness, visualisation, compassionate self-forgiveness, and anchoring new positive ways of thinking and being through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Multiple Brain Technique (mBIT)

My Story

Hi, my name is Nicole Wijngaarden, now a mum of 4 teenagers, I grew up as an expat, spending many years in England, Norway, Malaysia, as well as Holland and Germany before taking up residence in NZ, around 30 years ago. I truly and deeply love Wellington and New Zealand. I feel so grateful to be here.

As with many people, my life has had many interesting chapters. It took me until my 40s to realise that my passion for helping and connecting people could be something that I could do professionally.

I specialize in coaching highly stressed professionals, taking them from a state of stress, suffering and moving them into joy & love.

From unbalanced critical thinking to heart and mind coherent thinking & living.
