Surya Namaskara, or Salutation to the Sun, is an important yogic practice, dating back to the Vedic period. These 12 postures are woven together to generate prana, or life force, within the body, to purify, heal and generate vitality. There are SO many health benefits to this meditative yogic flow which I am so excited to share with you.

Come on a journey with me on Saturday 6th December for a two hour workshop from 10-12 a.m. No - you will not be practising Surya Namaskara for two hours solid, but you will have the opportunity to discover, go deeper and refine your practice.

And you will leave feeling amazing - your prana awakened!

Anyone else feeling especially tired today?

We are at New Moon (in Scorpio) and it's a bit of a doozie. heralding in accelerated change; opportunities could present themselves or close before we even have time to understand whatโ€™s really going on. We are invited to let go, to free ourselves from our blockages, and welcome life in a new light.

This evening's Aroma Yoga will be a very steady Yin style practice with cooling, grounding oils to help take your practice deeper.

I hope you can join me this evening 5.15-6.30 $18 drop in rate.
