Due to the complexity of the scar formation and the body-wide implications of fascial dysfunction, my treatment should not be considered cosmetic or elective. It is a targeted, evidence-informed intervention with therapeutic benefits that complement conventional post-operative care. As a specialised therapist, my treatment integrates Scar, Fascial, Lymphatic and Neurogenic Release to support the healing and regulation of the affected tissue. This therapy has been shown to assist with reducing scar adhesions, improving mobility, restoring fascial glide, and addressing lymphatic congestion and post-traumatic symptoms.

It’s amazing how even a tiny scar can cause big issues — sometimes making it hard to draw blood or insert an IV line. I’ve used my Scar Release Technique to help free up clients’ arms before and after surgery, or when they’re getting bloods done.
