I recently taught a Pilates class for the U16 girls football team, and it was great to see these girls try something new, learn more about their bodies and become aware of some things that could help reduce the chance of injury, prolonging their ability to play the sport they love! If you know a sport club who could benefit from some mindful movement, get in touch!
