Updates to Our Weekly Schedule. Monday: Hatha Yoga at 5:30 PM. Tuesday: Qigong 9.30 Hatha Yoga at 4:00 PM and Yin Yoga at 5:30 PM.
Wednesday: Midweek Meditation Session. Saturday: Meditation at 10:30 AM, followed by Tarot with Tea with Natasha and a Sound Journey at 3:00 PM with Kevin.
