How we know the work is actually working.
We think a lot of people expect transformation to look dramatic when you come home from something like what we just experienced in Peru.
Like everything in your life suddenly changes overnight.
The reality is that the moment we got back, everything felt so different and exactly the same at the same time.
Nothing around us had really changed. Same life. Same routines. Same environment.
But inside, something feels completely different. And it still feels uncomfortable, almost strange. Like you know you’ve shifted, but the outside world hasn’t caught up yet.
For us, the biggest changes have been very internal.
We notice our thoughts and triggers so much quicker now instead of getting pulled into them.
We couldn't care less about what others think about us.
We’re far more aware of the energy we allow around us and what we choose to give our energy to.
We have no tolerance anymore for negative talk, unconscious behaviour, or anything that pulls us out of alignment.
Old fears that would usually stop us from taking bigger risks are gone.
And the biggest shift is probably clarity.
Being back has actually been hard in many ways, because the awareness is so strong now.
It feels like everything could change. The possibilities feel endless. We’re bursting with big dreams that suddenly feel real, not just something we talk about. There’s a lot more confidence now, way higher standards for the life we want, and a very clear knowing of what needs to happen next.
It doesn’t feel dramatic in the way people expect.
It feels clear. It feels grounding. It feels honest. And more than anything, it feels like freedom is right around the corner.
That’s how we know the work is working. 🍃
