The deeper we go, the quieter we become.

We’re in our final week now — 14 Ayahuasca ceremonies done, with two more to go.

What we feel most right now is peaceful. Empowered. Grounded. Not because everything is comfortable, but because there’s less resistance inside.

The dieta has a way of simplifying you. When external comforts fall away, you’re left with your inner landscape. And in a space this sensitive, energy is felt immediately. It constantly invites you to look inward before looking outward.

That can mean sitting with discomfort a little longer than you normally would. It can mean taking responsibility for the energy you bring into a space. And sometimes it means meeting moments of tension with honesty, not from ego or control, but from a place of care.

We’re learning that real harmony isn’t created by avoiding what’s uncomfortable. It comes from meeting it with steadiness and presence. The deeper we go, the more responsibility we feel for how we show up.

As we move into these final ceremonies, we’re not searching for more experiences. What we’re really leaning into now is presence, integrity, and a deeper sense of peace within ourselves.

And there’s something quietly powerful about that.

We didn’t come to Peru to just collect experiences. We came to expand our capacity.

Capacity to stay present when things feel intense. Capacity to regulate when the body wants to react. Capacity to witness without trying to fix or control. Capacity to stay open when it would be easier to shut down.

Plant medicine doesn’t automatically make you a better facilitator, but it reveals your edges.

It shows you where your nervous system tightens. Where you lose presence. Where you want to escape discomfort.

And that’s the work.

Because the depth we can hold for others
will always reflect the depth we’ve embodied ourselves.

And growth doesn’t stop.

If we’re guiding people through expansion,
we stay devoted to expanding too.

Not just mentally.
But in the body. In the nervous system. In lived experience.

That’s why we’re here. To expand even more. To find precision in how we regulate. How we respond. How we hold space.

Capacity isn’t built during the intensity.
It’s built in the moments you choose to stay present in that discomfort.

We believe that the stronger our nervous systems become, the safer others feel in our presence.

The mind often chooses what’s familiar, even when it no longer fits. Not because it’s true, but because it feels safe.

Uncertainty can register in the body as a threat.
Fear tightens, control steps in.
And often staying the same can seem easier than listening to what’s quietly calling for more.

Yet growth rarely arrives through force or certainty. It arrives when the nervous system feels supported enough to soften its grip and stay present with the unknown.

This is the space we hold in our work and this is why we also keep doing the work on ourselves. So that we have the capacity to hold a space where change isn’t pushed or rushed. Where you are met with safety and patience so that your inner patterns begin to shift naturally and life reorganises from the inside out.

As we choose to expand, the space we hold expands too. And those who step into it are supported to meet themselves
with more clarity, courage, and trust.

Change doesn’t ask you to be fearless.
It asks you to feel safe enough to listen.

Day 1 of the Dieta 🌿 Simple food, shared table, and a big yes to doing this together.

We’ve begun the traditional preparation for working with the Master Plants when we go to Peru in February — (we'll share more about this soon).

Clearing the body, the senses, and the energy.

It’s not just about what’s on the plate ( No salt, no sugar, no spices, no red meat, no oils.) It’s also about what we consume through our eyes, ears, and hearts. What we watch, read, listen to, scroll… all of it matters right now.

Keeping it clean. Keeping it high-vibe. Keeping it intentional..

We’re heading into this journey with a small group of friends, and there’s something really special about preparing side by side, holding the same commitment, walking at the same pace.

Arriving slowly.
Arriving empty.

You can’t upgrade the software if the hard drive is full.

Planning, creating, strategizing, and holding the vision for The Space Within.

​We love this energy. But we also know that running at this capacity means sometimes having 50 tabs open in the brain at once.

​Every unprocessed emotion, every decision to be made, every conversation, and every notification is a "tab" draining the battery, running in the background.

​People talk a lot about physical hygiene, but rarely talk about Energetic Hygiene. If you aren't actively clearing your field, you aren't just tired, you are leaking energy.

We are 4 weeks away from going to the Amazon, and we're not going to take the "clutter" into the jungle. To receive the upgrade, we have to clear the cache.

​So, the shift begins.
This Friday, we are closing the tabs. We are exiting "Muggle Mode" and changing everything we consume—energetically and physically—to prepare the vessel.
