Can slumping lead to bloating?

It’s a question we get asked often: Does poor posture actually mean poor digestion?

Think about it this way: when you slouch, you are physically compressing your internal organs. This "scrunching" can slow down the passage of food through your digestive tract and put pressure on your stomach, leading to acid reflux and that uncomfortable "heavy" feeling.

Better posture = better flow. 🕊
