Relaxation massage helps alleviate tension and stress in our bodies 💆‍♀️ This includes our mind and emotions as well. First warming up the muscles, then using different techniques in a manner to relax the muscle/tendon in order to free its tightness. Working on certain areas helps to eliminate knots but in a more subtle way than therapeutic or sports massage.
