It’s that time of year. The season is beginning to change, the nights and mornings are colder.
Our bodies require rest but life doesn’t seem to slow down (winter sports anyone 😅)

I’m sure a lot of people have some stories to tell of their mātua or koroua making this.

This has been made with Puha and Kutai
It is full of iron & fibre, great for our blood.

This was made to help an active young kotiro who has low iron levels right now.

These are traditional ways of healing our bodies that can often be lost if they’re not shared amongst whānau and friends.

P.s We are still here, working hard.
But..we’re not good at updating social media 😅Thankfully our products are good enough to have a huge flock of returning customers that we appreciate immensely.

Secondly we have made a new batch of our Tūpākihi balm. In this batch we have changed out the coconut oil for Grape seed oil & our chosen essential oil for this batch is Ylang-Ylang
