He’s known for his practical, results-focused sessions that blend structural osteopathy and tailors rehab exercises with shockwave therapy. Whether it’s a cranky shoulder, chronic back pain, or a body that just feels off, Ali’s your guy for figuring it out.

Justine came in with foot pain that had been hanging around for a month - and only 𝟰 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 before her first ultra marathon!

After 2 rounds of Shockwave Therapy, some targeted osteopathic exercises, and a quick referral to the awesome crew at Shoe Science NZ she went on to smash her first 50KM - 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟲𝟬! 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🔥 Massive ups Justine, you smashed it!
