“Who adjusts you?”
Someone asked me that today — and it’s a great question.
Each adjustment helps refine how the brain perceives the body.
Spinal joints and surrounding muscles constantly send feedback to the brain about position and movement. When that information is finely tuned, the brain can regulate posture, balance and coordination with more ease.
That accurate input also tells the brain the body is safe.
When the nervous system senses safety, it doesn’t need to brace or guard — muscles relax, breathing deepens, and movement feels more natural.
That’s why we get adjusted weekly — not for pain, but for neurological performance.
It helps us stay connected, adaptive and at our best — so we can help you do the same.
