Well folks, the time has come that I retire from practicing chiropractic. But I will never retire from helping people fix their own backs. Hi guys. There are so many changes this last couple of years and sometimes those changes can unsettle us. Routine is important when times are unsettling- remember: God is still God. Do your exercises. Wear a mask.
Oh and I firmly believe you should get your COVID jabs. I hate the mandate but I believe that the science is good.
