About ConTact C.A.R.E - Flinchlock Release

Flinchlocks occur when a bone takes a surprise impact and absorbs the pressure. This then becomes the bone’s working pressure. Ligaments and tendons that are attached to the impacted bone shorten and harden, as does the surrounding muscle fascia.

This in time can effect the body and can manifest in a number of different ways.

When you release a flinchlocked bone it is totally painless and safe. At no time should the client feel any discomfort.

Once released there is an immediate shift in balance following the expanding and lengthening of ligaments and tissues.
