From the small strains to complete muscle rupture and tears. We treat their strains and rehabilitate specifically for their needs. Focus on getting patients back to where they need to be.

If needed as Allied Health Practitioners, we have the ability to refer for ultrasound imaging.

Yes , we see acute or new injuries all the time. These can be minutes to days new injuries to the musculoskeletal system.

Any acute injury - osetopaths have the skills to view, assess, advise , treat, and refer (if required) any injury.

You can come directly to us - no need for a GP referral. We can do the ACC claim on your behalf too.

As osteopaths, we get asked a lot what the difference is with ACC when it comes to osteopaths, physiotherapy, and GPs.

There are key similarities between all three. But also a few differences.

Our main areas
👉 osteopaths can start ACC claims , no need for a referral from GP. No wait.

👉 osteopaths can refer for basic imaging like xrays and ultrasound, just like physios.

👉 GPs & doctors are the only ones who can complete an ACC medical certificate

👉 Rehab for us at The Holmes Clinic we provide exercises and Rehab specifically for you, just like physiotherapy

👉 Our appointments times are longer so we can understand your story and how your injury influences your life
