I had the privilege of going to the 'babyballet' concert yesterday, featuring my 4-year old great granddaughter, Nancy. Very well done, Nancy!

We are planning to continue with yoga classes until Thursday 18 December and restart on Monday 2 February 2026 (before Waitangi day, for a change!) We will see how everything goes. 🧘‍♂️

😍We use this concession card as Whangarei City YOGA is the city part of Shraddha Yoga and Meditation. 3 classes each week of 75 mins at St John's Church Centre, Kensington: Tuesday and Thursday at 10am, Tues at 5.15pm (evening session also on Zoom).

Wednesday 9am is in the Bowie Room at the Old Library (also on Zoom). Hatha Yoga & Pranayama Wednesday 9am CITY YOGA.
