Hello Whitianga, Monny & Geoff here, your local owners of the Thai massage studio, Chang Keaw. We'd like to make a plea for help to our community please. We are deeply grateful to several of our regulars who have let us know of an unethical and very disappointing rumour circulating regarding 'extra services' available from our staff. Our hard working massage team are crushed, but have received much reassurance from our strong client base who know us better. We are a husband and wife duo who took a leap of faith with our vision to bring a professional Thai massage studio to a small town, where we could feel part of the community and make a difference in peoples lives. We have achieved all this and more, and could not be more grateful for this wonderful community.
There are so many small businesses in our town, all dependent upon their good reputation and clean ethics, which can be devastated overnight by baseless and damaging rumours such as this. We have built an incredible team of vetted professionals who love their career and thrive in helping others, and we are bowled over by the support we've received this week but are naturally still feeling the upset. As such, we are asking for any information that may lead us to the source of this rumour, as we owe it to our hard working team and to the small business community, to hold to account anyone seeking to destroy livelihoods and lives in this manner.
