✅ WelFarm + Fonterra Cooperative Difference Update

Great news for vets, techs and farmers.

WelFarm is now fully aligned with the Fonterra Cooperative Difference platform.

Here’s what that means:

If a farmer has had their vet complete a WelFarm Animal Wellbeing Plan, this is now automatically recognised within their Cooperative Difference login.

✔ When the plan is completed, a notification is sent directly to Fonterra
✔ The requirement is marked as achieved in the farmer’s checklist
✔ No need to upload the full plan

Farmers will see the grey tick in the relevant section of their “Task not assessed” checklist (as shown in the image below) once it’s been completed because it is already verified.

Simple. Recognised. Verified.

For vets and techs — now is a great time to book Animal Wellbeing Plans with your dairy clients so they can ensure this requirement is ticked off early.

For farmers — talk to your vet about getting your WelFarm plan completed and make your Cooperative Difference process smoother this season.
