I created these cards for everyday life, the rushed starts, the heavy days, the moments where you can feel yourself drifting out of balance and need something to return to.

For me, karakia is about intention. About pausing long enough to breathe, to gather yourself, to reconnect before moving on. These cards live on my table, in my bag, beside my bed, used quietly, imperfectly, and often.

If you’ve ever wanted to use karakia more regularly but felt unsure where to start, or struggled to make it part of daily life rather than something reserved for hui or formal spaces, these were designed with you in mind. Simple, intentional, and grounded in hauora.

If you want to explore using karakia as a daily wellbeing practice, comment tihei and I’ll send you the link.
