Hastapadasana (Hand to Foot Pose)
An essential step in Surya Namaskar that deeply works on the spine and nervous system.
In this posture, the forward fold helps release stiffness from the neck, shoulders, and lower back, while gently stretching the hamstrings and calves. When practiced mindfully, it improves blood circulation to the brain, calms the mind, and supports better posture.
