Anxiety is defined as a natural feeling of fear, worry, and tension, but it becomes a disorder when it is excessive, persistent, and interferes with daily life. Its psychological symptoms manifest as constant worry, difficulty concentrating, and a sense of impending doom. Physical symptoms include a racing heart, shortness of breath or a choking sensation, sweating, trembling, and muscle tension, making it a demanding and stressful experience that requires attention.

القلق هو شعور طبيعي بالخوف والقلق والتوتر، لكنه يتحول إلى اضطراب عندما يكون مفرطًا ومستمراً ويؤثر على الحياة اليومية. تظهر أعراضه النفسية في صورة قلق مستمر، صعوبة في التركيز، وشعور دائم بالخطر أو التهديد. أما الأعراض الجسدية فتشمل تسارع ضربات القلب، ضيق التنفس أو الإحساس بالاختناق، التعرّق، الارتجاف، وتشنّج العضلات، مما يجعلها تجربة مرهقة ومجهدة تتطلب اهتمامًا وعلاجًا مناسبًا.
