At Breathe, we’re not stopping movement —

Here’s what our Ramadan schedule looks like:
✨ Mat Schedule
We are offering both Yoga and Mat Pilates throughout Ramadan.
What’s new this year…
During daytime, our Mat Pilates will follow a Classical approach — a beautiful return to the fundamentals of Pilates.
Expect: • Clear alignment cues
• Breath-led movement
• Strong foundation work
• Deeper body awareness
It’s the perfect starting point for beginners 🤍
And for our regular practitioners, we will still offer options — adding challenge, layers, and modifications to keep your practice evolving.
There will still be NO music…
But the focus will be on mindful, fundamental movement — reconnecting to the essence of Pilates.

Our Reformer, Tower, and apparatus sessions continue as scheduled — thoughtfully guided to match your energy during Ramadan.
