The studio is softer.
The movements are slower.
The energy is calmer.
And that’s exactly how it should be 🌙
We know this season asks you to give more —
to your faith, to your family, to your heart.
But please don’t forget to give something small to yourself too.
Movement doesn’t have to be intense.
It doesn’t have to be long.
It just needs to be consistent.
Even once a week.
Just to breathe.
Just to reconnect.
Just to remind your body that you’re still here.
