Dry Cupping

📌How does it work?
A therapeutic Dry cupping treatment involves creating a vacuum and placing cups on the skin.

📌How does it help?
It increases the blood flow, loosens the fascia or connective tissue, eliminates pain syndrome, a feeling of stiffness in the joints and stimulates healing. It also can be used to break up scar tissue. Dry cupping is widely used in clinical practice for the back, neck, shoulders pain relief and calf muscle stiffness as the positive effect of cupping therapy lasts a very long time.

Physiotherapy is a form of “hands-on” manual therapy used to aid in a rapid recovery and rehabilitation from all forms of injury, sports related or otherwise. In addition to this physiotherapy can be used to maintain your body in its optimum state which can enhance your performance during sport and also aid in reducing the chances of and even preventing a re-injury. Physiotherapy treatment is usually quite gentle and is very safe. Techniques commonly used by physiotherapists are: joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, ultrasound, TENS (Trans-cutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), dry needling, combined with home based stretching and strengthening exercises. All of the above techniques allow your joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons to function to their best mobility.
