Committed to nurturing a culture of wellness in Muscat, Oman, Aasana Yoga strives to be an instrument in transforming lifestyles to attain physical and mental well-being. Rooted in power yoga, we also offer a wide variety of yoga class styles that include hatha yoga, therapeutic yoga, pre-natal yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques). No matter where you are in your yoga journey the experienced instructors at Aasana Yoga will help recharge your mind, body and spirit.
