Once a month, our community gathers for an intentional dinner.
For February, we chose Casa Nostra, one of our personal favorites in Panama City 🇵🇦

🙌We’re excited to host this special 3-hour body–mind–soul workshop, presented by one of our very own community members, Brenda, who brings a deep well of experience and a wide range of knowledge in Tai Chi, Qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

👌Everyone knows Tai Chi. Few know Qigong. Together, they form a powerful, time-tested practice for balance, vitality, and inner calm.

💥Brenda will guide us through both Tai Chi and Qigong, clearly explaining the Chinese Medicine connection to each practice, and how they support your health from the inside out. You’ll also learn a simple routine you can continue practicing at home. ☯️☯️

Gentle movement. Deep breathing. Real balance.
Recharge your body and mind with Qigong, a time-tested practice designed to support your health, energy, and overall wellbeing.
