This morning, I opened this orange to find a beautiful star at its center… a reminder that the Winter Solstice, the return of light, is a living symbol all around us.

Citrus has long been connected to winter rituals, seasonal wellness, and the wisdom of Nature — bright, sun-kissed fruit carrying warmth, vitality, and renewal.

Oranges were once gifted at Solstice as symbols of the solar fire within us, the spark we tend through the darkest days. 🕯️

Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) is an ancient Mexican tradition that honors the eternal bond between the living and the departed. It is a time to celebrate life, remember our loved ones, and give thanks for the paths they opened before us.

Held in the peaceful setting of sacred burial grounds - where spirit and Earth meet - this ceremony invites us to open our hearts and connect deeply with the unseen.

The Ceremony Includes:

✨ Opening Invocation and Sacred Songs in Spanish (translations available) - opens the pathway for the ancestors

✨ Cacao Ritual - an ancient Mayan tradition that opens the heart, grounds the body and helps us release with gratitude

✨ Ancestral Altar - for offerings of fruit, flowers, photos and more

Solar Plexus Clearing at the River ✨⚡️💛

This week, I was called to the water for a deep solar plexus chakra clearing.

In meditation, I was shown a snake shedding its skin—but it couldn’t do it alone.

My spirit guides and I helped it release what it could not let go of. Then I saw a second snake—its mother. I heard a message clearly:

“You’re here to be the better version.”

The healing didn’t stop there. I received an
energetic colon cleanse, as a net emerged carrying seaweed and a metal hook.

My guides removed thick mucus—what I understand was a lymphatic drainage on the energetic and physical level.

The solar plexus chakra is our center of personal power, masculine energy, and self-worth.

This experience reminded me of the divine balance of masculine and feminine… the rebirth of a new energy rising within.

Energy is like lint. ⚡️

The other day, while cleaning out the dryer lint trap, I had a realization… Just like lint builds up and blocks airflow, stagnant energy builds up in our bodies and auric field, blocking our natural flow.

If you don’t clear the lint, your clothes won’t dry as well. If you don’t clear stagnant energy, your vibration feels heavy, and your light doesn’t shine as brightly.

✨ Movement, breathwork, nature, hydration, and intentional release are all ways to “clean your lint trap” so your energy can flow freely. But sometimes, we need a little extra support.
