My name is Liliana, I’m from Cusco - Peru and I have 5 year of experience as a holistic therapist from the Andean tradition.

Like many of you, I took Ayahuasca many times seeking healing and received it. One day during a long retreat I asked myself who am I? I came to the conclusion that I was a construction of all the limiting conditions of the society in which I grew up.

Was in that moment that I found the Andean Cosmology and this is what I want to share with my brothers and sister, cause to me represent the most loving way to learn about how to use our ancestral human technology and live and wonderful existence on earth.

This tools help me to recognize my life purpose, to know myself better, to see the reality as it is, a projection of our mind and thoughts and represent the secret of my self-realization

Flower Bath

- A bucket of water with 3 or 5 liters of hot water.
- Petals of flowers of the colors you want, aromatic herbs, basil, chamomile, eucalyptus, cinnamon, mint. Yellow attracts abundance.

Place only the petals and let it rest for 5 minutes.

If you use the bucket of water, pray and bathe from head to toe, placing the flower water on each part of the body.

If you use a bathtub, after praying, enter the flower water, imagining that you are filled with energy and colors that attract happiness, gratitude, success, abundance, beauty, harmony, humility, joy, peace, health, divine intelligence, fullfiment.

When finished, wait for the body to dry itself, allow it to absorb all the benefits into the skin. Do not use a towel, shampoo or soap until the next day.

If you want a longer and more powerful effect, repeat the ritual for 3 days.

Recommended in the end of the day and always after a cleansing bath, with Epson, Sea salt or cleansing plants like rue.

🌺The tale of the first flower

The first flower on the planet was born from a seed, hidden in the darkness of the soil. When she germinated, she went out looking for the light. Her life became harder and harder, she was exposed to so many difficult situations, animals and insects that devoured her, harsh and very changing climatic situations. She developed thorns on her stem and began to grow close to rocks, to protect herself. One day, she wondered ...

Why do I’m different of others plants? I have thorns and other plants dont . She didn't feel beautiful and other plants judged her for her appearance.

One day she recognize that her beauty made her stronger and less vulnerable to environmental conditions and that she could live longer and adapt better than other plants that were disappearing before her.

When she understood its unique nature, a flower sprouted on it.

It is said that you have to know how to caress that flower so as not to hurt yourself.

The flower that flourishes in adversity is the rarest and most beautiful of all.

I got to the point of understanding that wealth is the efficient and balanced administration of resources, as my grandmother did, she had a house, food, drinking and clean pure water and she was always happy, she did not generate garbage because she reused everything. She produced everything and did not need money. That for me is quality of life. The Andean Cosmovision speaks of Allin Kawsay "good living" and my grandmother practiced this principle. I lived in Chile for many years in a good neighborhood, which represented 10% of the richest population in Chile. But I could not be happy if I see that my brothers and sisters do not enjoy the same possibilities as me, that is selfishness. As the Andean world says “a conscious being does not harm his brothers and sisters and even less to Mother Nature.

I think the time has come to rethink if we are living our existence in harmony with everything and if we are experiencing the true happiness that is inherent in every being when we work together for a greater good, our evolution and the common well-being. is

San Pedro ceremony. My first San Pedro ceremony was with the maestro Danilo Apaza in full moon. He is an Andean Priest from the Qero community. The last Incas, they bring us to connect with the spirit of the water, the mountains, the wind, the fire and open our hearts to listen our great mother. My hear is full of love and gratitude to finally share this ceremony with my sacred partner, both as a Andean priest. We share this beautiful ceremony of joy and celebration for be alive with a beautiful couple that walk with us in the nature to integrate the 7 principles of the universe, the 4 dimensions of the being and the duality.
