What to wear to an ayahuasca retreat?
It is recommended to wear light-coloured Clothing,ideally white .Ayahuasca is served at night under dim lights ,white clothing make it easier to be percieved in the Maloka.
What to pack for an Ayahuasca retreat?
Reusable bottle ,some like it with straw,you must stay hydrated .
Note book,pen ,colours.
Toiletries ,objects for the altar ,crystal,meditation beads and natural oils.music instruments ,hape ,lip balm to hydrate the lips.
Headlamp .Swimming suit.
Ear plugs
For the morning after ayahuasca if you end up sharing bedrooms or sleeping in the ceremony room ,you will need all the silence you can get .
