All the small things for 2025. 🥰 Aaaand we’re loving it! Mini weekend retreats with groups of 4-5 are the sweet spot as we come back into medicine work this year. An evening meet and greet with meditation and dinner kick off the weekend, followed by a day of yogic or daoist practice with Q&A, ta***ic puja and ceremony. We cap off the weekend with a share circle over a delicious breakfast. Dear All.

First, to all of you have offered well-wishes, donations, kind words, messages etc- thank you. Its beyond appreciated and I’m incredibly grateful and humbled by your kindness and generosity. Id like to believe that my message of ‘be kind’ got through, somehow, but I know it’s all you and not me! So thank you.

So. The latest update is basically that we are rather stuck, from a healing and medical perspective.

What appeared to be a strange, but simple affair- herniated disk, has led to revelations of a somewhat difficult nature, in that I appear to have some fairly extensive and severe degenerative spinal and disk disorders, including bone-on-bone, degenerative disk disorder, osteoporosis and spondylitis.

Im still not able to walk without discomfort, or particularly straight, and am still pretty much confined to bed. After a lifetime of intense physical practice, it’s not easy not being able to move. And, of course, for me, the worst is not being able to work and to be there for YOU.

We are waiting for a neurosurgeon from Cusco who I will see at the end of the month, to get a better idea how to proceed.

Unfortunately, though, for the foreseeable future, apart from online appointments and a somewhat edited version of the Magick class, we are still unfortunately, not able to operate at Ta**raya.

We would like to keep the space in case the future is bright and I can start up again.
To do that though, Im afraid that, once again, I’m going to need your help.

If any of you are able to donate even a small amount to get us to $15,000, that would keep us going until March of next year. By then, where I am at and how to proceed should be much clearer and more obvious.

I cannot promise that it will lead to full recovery of even myself, never mind the space, but it WILL keep us going for some months more without having to enter a state of needing to begin the process of letting Ta**raya go- something I really, absolutely do not want to happen. And Im sure some of you feel the same.

Please DO NOT give what you cannot afford, easily and without affecting you or your loved ones in any way. I absolutely do not want that- and know some of you WOULD do that, if I didn’t say! But please don’t- you are more important to me than me, or Ta**raya, in the end.

So thank you to those who can, and those who can’t but would if they could- its all amazingly appreciated.
