Meditation in PISAC will be at Nidra Wasi tomorrow morning, 10/29, at 10am with Mary Sky teaching Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche's Tibetan Yoga practice. Very powerful and highly recommended.

From 10-1, followed by lunch, and continuing from 2-4.
This is an all day teaching.

Approximately 20 soles.....
