We work with the sacred plant medicine Ayahuasca, a traditional practice of the indigenous cultures of the Peruvian Amazon. With great respect for the plants and the knowledge and healing that comes with them. We have a long lineage of Shipibo shamans in our family, with love and the use of the gifts we have been given, we continue healing with this sacred plant for truly deep and profound healing. Integrating other powerful plant medicine with the ayahuasca diet, we are able to deal with and heal any type of sickness with love and patience in a safe environment. This is a raw jungle experience, it is not a fancy retreat but rather authentic ceremonies with very experienced and gifted shamans. Getting to the core of any problem you may be facing in your life, these shamans are able to guide you with love on this journey. The guesthouse, Flower Inn is A 10 minute drive from Yurinacocha center, it is tucked away in the tranquility of local surroundings, a place where you can relax, do your dieta and take part in ayahuasca ceremonies with 2 amazing ayahuasceros working as a team. Flower inn has 8 double bed rooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 large family rooms with ensuite bathroom, there is a beautiful big garden with trees and flowers aswell as a kitchen where you can cook. The ceremony is situated next to the guestrooms so you can easily relax after the ceremonies. Other services include, ensuite bathrooms, showers, special attention, medicine, ceremonies, moto taxi services, tours around pucallpa. Come and experience pucallpa in a non touristic way, After working with these 2 shamans you will be filled with so much gratitude, a non commercial ceremony where you can work with the shamans one on one or in group and take part in as many ceremonies as you feel you need. Each ceremony costs 200 soles per night which includes food, accomodation, ceremony and medicine. How to prepare PRE RETREAT RESTRICTIONS Dietary: We suggest a minimum 7 day detox where you are advised to not consume illicit drugs, alcohol, coffee or chocolate,prior to your Ayahuasca ceremony. Avoid canned food, red meat and pork, cold cuts, spicy food, salt and sugar. Do not take any medical prescription (natural or otherwise), drugs, antibiotics, injections, pills, supplement, vitamins or others. No food or beverages that have artificial colors flavors or preservatives. it is advised not to smoke, drink alcohol or to take any type of prescription or non-prescription drugs. Food: Eat well. Good organic food is recommended. If you’re not vegetarian you can consume chicken or fish. To strengthen the brain we recommend eating ceviche (Peruvian food) and ask for tiger’s milk/leche de tigre (both without spicy_ sin aji) this is a concentrate juice of the ceviche. Other: It is recommended that you refrain from have s*x or ma********ng. It is suggested that the women who are menstruating or pregnant abstain from participating. Period pain and discomfort may result in a negative experience while journeying with Ayahuasca. However, if you do not experience sever pain or discomfort then it is ok for you partake. We recommend waiting till the second or third day of a period to allow you to gauge the intensity of the pain. Ayahuasca is sacrficing herself for you so we reccommend doing the dieta as a sacrifice for her. Like this your body and spirit are cleaner and lighter and the medicine has space to work in a deeper more effective way. What to bring to ceremony, blanket, 2L water, candle, torch, agua de florida, parlo santo or copal, any protection items you wish to include such as crystals, amulets, sacred things to you, pillow, citronella for mosquitoes, yoga mat. After ceremony Depending on your journey you will most likely need a few days to realx, meditate, eat well and enjoy the tranquility of the jungle, Flower inn is a simple yet quite relaxing guesthouse where you can do this.
