Not every kind of progress shows up on the outside.
Sometimes therapy “working” doesn’t look like a new routine, fewer symptoms, or more energy. Sometimes it’s internal like the way you speak to yourself, how long it takes to come back from a tough moment, or the quiet confidence in knowing your needs matter.
These changes don’t always get noticed by other people… but you start to feel them.
You begin to soften, to pace yourself, to feel a little safer in your own skin.
That’s healing too — even if it’s invisible.
