Uso na naman ang dengue! Magpakonsulta agad kung may lagnat, sakit ng ulo/katawan, rashes o pagdurugo…

Kadalasan nating makikita ang pagtaas ng kaso ng Dengue sa panahon ng tag-ulan.

Nakukuha ang Dengue mula sa kagat ng babaeng lamok na Aedes aegypti, kaya naman ngayong tag-ulan, ipagpatuloy ang 4Ts araw-araw: gawin ang Taob, Takak, Tuyo, Takip sa mga lalagyang maaaring pamugaran ng lamok.

Tandaan: kung walang lamok, walang Dengue.

Tag-ulan man, kayang-kaya nating protektahan ang pamilya mula sa Dengue.

Kung may nararamdamang sintomas ng Dengue gaya ng lagnat, pagpapantal, pananakit ng katawan at kalamnan, pagkahilo at pagsusuka, at pananakit ng likod ng mga mata, agad na magpa-konsulta.

Ang malubhang Dengue ay nagdudulot ng pananakit ng tiyan, pagsusuka, pagdurugo ng gilagid at ilong, pagdumi ng may dugo at panghihina.

May mga dengue fast lanes sa ating mga ospital para sa mga pasyenteng posibleng may Dengue kaya’t mabibigyan ito ng agarang atensyon.

Protect your family from this year’s flu season…

Latest reporting from the CDC shows this year’s flu season is the deadliest non-pandemic flu season for U.S. children. 216 children have died. This number passed last year’s flu season, which set a previous high for a non-pandemic season with 207 pediatric deaths. Even with seasonal flu activity declining since its February peak, AAP and CDC recommend everyone six months and older get vaccinated against the flu.
