Ang Philippine Heart Month ay paalala na ang sakit sa puso ay nananatiling isa sa mga pangunahing sanhi ng pagkakasakit at pagkamatay sa bansa, ngunit ito ay maiiwasan sa pamamagitan ng tamang pangangalaga.

Ang malusog na pagkain, regular na pisikal na aktibidad, pag-iwas sa paninigarilyo, at regular na check-up ay epektibong paraan upang mapanatiling malakas ang puso.

Ang bawat tibok ng puso ay mahalaga, alagaan ito ngayon para sa mas mahaba at mas masayang bukas.
