Nursing Mgt: Uminom ng madaming tubig. Iwas sa pagkain ng matatamis, maaalat at mga pagkaing mayaman sa protina gaya ng karne lalo na ang laman loob. Mgehersisyo at higit sa lahat komunsulta sa doktor.
