All consultations are on a “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY” status in compliance with current hospital policies. Walk in patients will be rescheduled on the next available clinic schedule accordingly. Please contact my secretary at the clinic where consult will be made for your appointment as listed below.

SAFETY RULES TO FOLLOW WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL:
1. “NO MASK, NO ENTRY” policy. Please wear mask correctly.
2. Register at the TRIAGE BOOTH near the hospital entrance prior to entry. Have temperature checked.
3. Patients with FEVER, COUGH, COLDS, or other symptoms of possible viral cause to proceed to the ER.
4. Only 1 accompanying person allowed per patient.
5. Practice SOCIAL DISTANCING at all times.
6. Use 70% Alcohol or Hand Sanitizers or wash hands frequently. Avoid touching face (eyes, nose, mouth).
