Good afternoon, everyone! How have you been? Were you able to recharge and de-stress yourself? Is there anything you want to talk about? Remember, "Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth in your pain, but only if it’s first brought out into the open." - Steven Aitchison. We are inviting you to join us in our Online Kamustahan this Friday at 2:00 in the afternoon via Zoom.

Here is the zoom link for the Online Kamustahan. See you!❤️

Tune in as Dr. Lemen answers the following questions:

• Can people undergoing mental health problems stabilize their mental health with medication alone?
• Why does a person afraid to open up their problems to their family than to their friends?
• Is it right to force someone to do what is good for them even though they do not feel comfortable with it, particularly in help-seeking?
• What advice can you give to people who are afraid to seek help from others?
• I'm not comfortable sharing my problems with other people, even with the ones closest to me. Is there any way I can alleviate stress and somehow feel at ease without having to open up to other people?
• Considering our current situation, mental health services are a bit expensive, especially for people on a budget. Are there clinics offering free consultation and therapies?

We hope that this will help you on your journey towards mental well-being. And a gentle reminder that seeking professional help is the best way to beat mental health issues, so do not hesitate.
