PRI, since year 1980.
PRI Medical Center was established on September 2017 after 2 years of rigorous engineering and construction, through the undeniable efforts and achievements of the Philippine Rehabilitation Institute Foundation Inc., network of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Medicine centers, that started in the year 1980. PRIFI is the pioneer of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Medicine all over Central Luzon, reaching a total of 14 branches in the region in the year 1995. It provided globally recognized allied health medical services. These projects were simultaneously conceived and established with the two branches of PRI College of Sciences in Banawe, Quezon City and Guagua, Pampanga, which were the training grounds and education for future allied medical health professionals.
The general hospital sits on a 3.2-hectare land located at the heart of Angeles City, Pampanga, which gives ample parking space to its clients and patients. It respects the boundaries of mother nature and promotes a therapeutic patient environment with its 215 KW solar power plant, which emits minimal to no carbon and wastes to the atmosphere.
PRI Medical Center offers its services through its high-end diagnostic and laboratory equipments, intensive care units, operating and delivery rooms, a 24-hour pharmacy, heart station, an emergency room and a dialysis unit, family-friendly and hygienic patient’s rooms and penthouses, and a world class physical therapy and rehabilitation medicine center for musculoskeletal and neurologic diseases.
Its high-calibre specialists are composed of internal medicine doctors, sub-specialized in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology and gastroenterology. Surgical services are offered through its roster of general surgeons, maxillofacial surgeons, urologists and orthopedic surgeons. Its Eye and ENT Center is composed of specialized ophthalmologists and ENT practitioners, that offer specialized services. Its maternity and well baby services are composed of competent obstetrics and gynecology specialists and pediatricians.
