Gracious Birth Maternal Support Services and Kaligtasan Parental Support Services will be holding a Childbirth Education & Preparation Class.

- Introduce to you practical information on how you can have the birth that you desire amidst the current obstetrics landscape being practiced in Philippine hospitals.
- Navigate your birth journey with trust and confidence in the body's ability to give birth and become a parent.
- Helps you to be empowered to make informed choices by teaching you about BRAIN — benefits, risks, alternatives, and intuition before you make any big decision concerning your pregnancy or birth (medical or not).
- See birth from the perspective of both parents, baby and the rest of the family, thus strengthening the family bond.
