SFTS is dedicated to helping change lives by providing proven, evidence-based psycho-spiritual, Christ-centered mental health recovery and addiction rehabilitation services. ADDICTION TREATMENT
We offer a service continuum of Christ-centered evidence-based mental health services where the rehabilitation of our students are dynamic and the program intensity can move up or down within the range of our addiction recovery interventions during the SFTS course. COUNSELLING AND COACHING
Coaching and Counselling are not the same, however, addictions and mental health rehabilitation work will most likely make these two concepts intersect during the course of treatment. Counselling deals with the past into the present, while coaching is taking off from the present onto the future. WORKPLACE MENTAL HEALTH WELLNESS
SFTS recognizes the significance of a workplace mental health program. We understand that untreated mental health conditions, like depression and anxiety, lead to costly challenges, including: absenteeism; presenteeism, or reduced productivity; and increased health care and disability costs. We are here to support your team with the tools, resources and information needed to promote and support the mental health of your members and their families. We will work with your strategic leaders to create space and policies to make this issue a higher organizational priority. We can introduce interventions to solve workplace mental health challenges by mitigating the stigma, expanding access for help, raising mental health awareness, designing and implementing mental health programs that improve employee wellness. This work is done through turnkey Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), toolkits, and workshops. PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
Psychological assessment is a process of testing that uses a combination of techniques to help arrive at some hypotheses about a person and their behavior, personality and capabilities. Psychological assessment is also referred to as psychological testing, or performing a psychological battery on a person. Psychological testing is always performed by a licensed Psychometrician and validated by a Clinical Psychologist. The Clinical Psychologist is the only profession that is expertly trained to perform and interpret psychological tests.
